Start with one queue. Keep the rest of your stack.
CareQ is designed to go live in a single department without a migration, a data project, or a change to how clinicians work.
Where the time actually goes.
Outpatient
Patients arrive early because they cannot tell how long it will take, so the waiting room fills before the clinic opens.
A ticket and an estimate at check-in, so arrival spreads out across the morning.
Diagnostics
A patient sent for a scan rejoins a second queue they did not know existed, and nobody tracks the round trip.
One ticket follows the patient through every stage, with a running total of their time in the building.
Pharmacy
The last queue of the day is the one people remember, and it is invisible to everyone upstream.
Pharmacy load is visible on the same floor view, so staffing can shift before the backlog forms.
Six weeks, one department at a time.
Nothing is switched off until the thing replacing it has run for a week without incident. Every phase is reversible.
One department, read-only
CareQ watches a single queue and produces estimates. Nothing changes for staff or patients yet — you are checking whether the numbers match the floor.
Tickets go live
Check-in moves to kiosk and QR for that department. The waiting-room display comes up. The front desk keeps its existing process as a fallback.
Staff console
Counters and rooms call patients through CareQ. The manual register is retired once a week has run without it.
Next departments
Diagnostics and pharmacy join, and the single-ticket journey closes. Integrations and analytics export follow.
It only needs to know about the queue.
Ticket data, not medical records
CareQ stores a ticket, a department, timestamps and a contact channel. It does not need diagnoses, notes or results to do its job, and does not ask for them.
Patients are addressed by ticket
Displays and public views show ticket numbers only. A patient's name never appears on a screen in a public space.
You decide where it runs
Deploy in your own environment or a managed one. Data residency follows the deployment, and export is always available.
Access is scoped and logged
Staff accounts are scoped to departments through your existing sign-on, and every queue action records who took it.

| Department | Waiting | Longest | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| General OPD | 18 | 52m | Backing up |
| Radiology | 11 | 38m | Watch |
| Pharmacy | 24 | 31m | Backing up |
| Cardiology | 6 | 21m | Steady |
| Lab | 4 | 9m | Steady |
General OPD is growing faster than it drains. At this rate the last patient checked in now waits 71 minutes. Opening counter 3 brings that to 44.
Make patient flow easier to manage.
From the first check-in to the final step, CareQ gives your team the visibility and control to keep every patient moving.
